Clearwater Property looks to invest in developments with strong rental or capital growth potential. At the same time, we seek to make a long-lasting contribution to the Uckfield area through active, entrepreneurial and considered development of property schemes.
A particular specialisation of ours is unusual or listed properties. These allow us to work together with the Uckfield community and planning authorities; each of us sharing a commitment to the environmental and social impact of the development.
