Clearwater Building was founded in 2000. Over the years the business has grown progressively in stature and experience and we are now one of the most recognised and respected building firms in the Uckfield area.

At Clearwater we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the flexibility of our operations. We have the ability to undertake projects of all sizes; ranging from large residential extension work to multi-million pound developments.

Clearwater Building is a registered NHBC and LABC building contractor and can therefore offer 10 year warranties on all new build residential properties.

Clearwater Building is totally committed to Uckfield and the surrounding area and we prefer to restrict ourselves to business opportunities within a 15-minute drive of the town. As a customer, you have the reassurance of knowing that you are dealing with a local business that employs predominately local people.

Our retained work-force comprises joiners, plumbers, electricians, skilled bricklayers, ground-workers and general labourers. These are supported by the office-based operations at our new premises at Ringles Cross.
