Clearwater Architecture is a centre of excellence for architecture, planning and building design in Uckfield. Our work ranges in scale from large scale residential developments to a whole host of smaller commissions that can be seen in and around the area.

Our success rate with Wealden District Council is currently 96%. Naturally, we can manage the whole application process for you.
The management of costs and time is an important discipline. We put a lot of emphasis on effective project management and many of our projects are completed on programme when time and money is at a premium.
